1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Drive Easy Car Rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Rental Requirements
All renters must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. For international visitors, a valid foreign license or international driving permit is required. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and verification of credentials.
3. Vehicle Use & Care
Vehicles must be operated in a safe and lawful manner. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any damage caused by negligence, off-road use, or violation of traffic laws will be the sole responsibility of the renter. We provide fully insured vehicles, but deductibles may apply in case of accidents.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Drive Easy Car Rental be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our rental services.
